Scott trained with Chrysalis Not For Profit and is accredited by The Prince of Wales Trust. In these instances, you’re in a light hypnotic state, where your mind is more receptive to positive suggestions.

Hypnosis is a collaborative process—while it can help strengthen your resolve, it cannot make you do something you do not want to do.
